These restrictions will be clearly indicated per product.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Dispatch Notifications: You'll receive a confirmation email (and SMS or WhatsApp, where applicable) once your order is dispatched, along with tracking information.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated Delivery: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days from dispatch. Remote Areas: Orders to remote or difficult-to-reach regions may take up to 15 business days. 7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damages During Transit: On receiving your shipment, please inspect for any visible damage. If you notice issues, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos and packaging details. Claims & Resolution: We'll assist with claims and work quickly to either replace or refund the affected products.
